SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be within 3-4 weeks. In case there is further delay in production due to government rules or lockdown, we shall notify you immediately.

 

 You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may ,at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.

 

You will receive order related emails in two stages.

1. An order confirmation email once you place the order.

2. A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our studio to your address.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.

 

Please Note- Due to poor weather conditions, festivals or government imposed rules, your shipment could get further delayed.**

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HARDIKA PARMAR international shipping and delivery time will defer from country to country, estimated shipping time and cost will be given by the courier service will be provided. HARDIKA PARMAR will not be liable for any delay in the shipping. 

If there are any import duties applicable, they will be borne by the customer , HARDIKA PARMAR will not be responsible for this.

PAYMENTS


All payments made against the purchases/services on HARDIKA PARMAR by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by HARDIKA PARMAR Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.

HARDIKA PARMAR may employ Stripe, Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by  HARDIKA PARMAR which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
